Room needs a good scrub and should clarify a horrible sofa bed when booking for 4!
Location
Walls need a good scrub, as well as the kitchen. Lift floors were filthy. Fold out couch is hard and horrible and squeaks. We booked one room for 4 people and got one bed and the horrible sofa bed.

Family room 3 night stay.
Nice location. Room was spacious. There used to be a curtain between the sleeping area in our 3 bed family room and that would have been nice to still have for a bit more privacy. Shower pressure and temperature was great.
No power point in the kitchen, had to boil the kettle in the hallway. The hallways reek of cigarettes, some automated air fresheners wouldn't go astray to help get rid of the smell. The entrance to reception was not very well signed and we took a few minutes to figure it out, not the most welcome greeting
